Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • 8 senses LLC guarantees that all orders are processed and sent within 3 business days

  • Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method (Standard or Express) .

  • In accordance with new sales tax regulations, we must collect sales tax for orders shipped to the some of the states, regardless of billing address. ales tax is automatically calculated at checkout once you select your shipping state AND enter your shipping ZIP code. Please ensure you enter both correctly, otherwise sales tax may not be calculated correctly.

  • 8 senses LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company etc.

RETURN POLICY

You can always contact us for any return question at Neta@MyE-motions.com.

​We will accept a return of the products, provided such return is  made within 30 days of shipment to you and provided such  products are returned in their original condition. On shipment  of the products we will provide a return authorization form that  must accompany your return of the products to us. Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
